That is the whole PPV teaser job: take a frame the fan already wants, make it move just far enough that they need the rest, and send it as a locked message. You do not need a 40-second scene. You need proof that the set is alive.

Not every photo wants to be a clip. Use a frame that already contains the move:
- Weight on one foot, so a hip shift is believable
- A hand on a strap, a tie, a glass, a door

Skip: dead-on passport light with arms glued to her sides, crops so tight motion hits the frame edge, a face you would not post as a still (video will not save a drifted jaw), and busy backgrounds the model will smear.
