18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

OnlyNudes provides exclusively synthetic, AI-generated content. Images and video clips are produced by machine-learning models from text prompts and from AI-generated character images that were themselves created from text descriptions. The Service has no photo upload for building a character; the only image upload, image-to-prompt, converts a photo into a text description of the scene and is never used as a generation input. No real individuals participate as performers, models, or subjects in the creation of sexually explicit content available through the platform, and no sexually explicit photographs or recordings of actual human performers are produced, hosted, or sold by the Service.

Because the platform’s content is entirely AI-generated and does not depict actual human performers engaged in sexually explicit conduct, Vibeyard LLC believes the performer identification and record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A, and the regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75, are not applicable to its synthetic content. The Service is not a producer of visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct within the meaning of those statutes.

To the extent any content on the Service were found to fall within the scope of those requirements, the records required by law would be maintained by the Custodian of Records identified below.

Although the statute does not apply, we enforce the following standards so that our synthetic content never depicts a real person without consent or anyone under 18:

• All characters depicted in adult content must be represented as, and appear to be, 18 years of age or older.
• Deepfakes and the unauthorised use of an identifiable real person’s likeness are prohibited. Users must be the person depicted in a reference image or hold that person’s explicit, documented consent, and must provide proof on request.
• Any content depicting or sexualizing minors, real or fictional, is prohibited and reported to NCMEC.
• Every generated character image is screened automatically for apparent age before use, and every prompt is screened before generation; real-person names are prohibited in prompts. Flagged events are logged, and prohibited content is blocked or removed.

If you believe content on the Service depicts a real person, a person under 18, or otherwise violates these standards, contact legal@onlynudes.ai. Reported content is removed pending review and handled under our Complaints, Content Removal & Appeals Policy.
