Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance stance toward human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion or forced activity, deceptive recruitment, and any activity that enables or profits from exploitation. Violations result in immediate removal of content and termination of the account, and may result in forfeiture of credits and affiliate earnings and notification to law enforcement and our financial partners.

• Human trafficking: the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harbouring, or receipt of a person by means of threat, force, coercion, abduction, fraud, deception, or abuse of power or vulnerability, for the purpose of exploitation.
• Sex trafficking: causing a person to engage in a commercial sex act through force, fraud, or coercion, or where the person is under 18 regardless of means.
• Sexual exploitation: any actual or attempted abuse of a position of vulnerability, power, or trust for sexual purposes, including profiting from the sexual exploitation of another person.
• Coercion or forced activity: creating, uploading, or distributing content, or operating an account, under threat, debt bondage, manipulation, or without free and informed consent.

You may not use the Service to:

• Create, upload, or distribute content that depicts, promotes, advertises, or facilitates human trafficking, sex trafficking, prostitution, escort services, or any commercial sex act;
• Create or use content that depicts a real person without that person’s explicit, informed, documented consent, or any content of a person who appears to be under 18;
• Recruit, advertise for, or solicit persons for sexual services or for the production of sexual content;
• Operate an account on behalf of another person who is coerced, controlled, or exploited, or allow a third party to control your account under such conditions;
• Use the Service to launder proceeds of trafficking or exploitation, including through credit purchases or the affiliate programme;
• Share, exchange, or request contact details, locations, or pricing for in-person sexual services.

• Adults only: every user self-certifies that they are 18 or older, authenticates through our identity provider, and accepts our Terms.
• Synthetic content only: characters are generated from text descriptions, and every image and clip is generated from that AI-made character. There is no photo upload for building a character. No real performers are filmed, booked, or paid through the platform, and no in-person services are offered or arranged.
• Character screening: every generated character image is analysed for apparent age before it can be used, and characters that appear to depict a minor are rejected. Real-person and celebrity names are prohibited in prompts and are stripped by our prompt tooling rather than rendered. The one user photo upload we offer, which turns a photo into a text description, is screened for prohibited content, is instructed never to name real people, and is never used as a generation reference.
• Prompt screening: every prompt is screened automatically before generation by a third-party moderation classifier plus our own term list and stated-age checks, so prohibited requests are blocked before any content is produced. Flagged events are logged for review.
• Consent requirements: users must warrant that they are the person depicted in a reference image or hold documented consent, and must provide proof on request. Failure to do so results in removal and termination.
• Payment controls: card payments are processed by Sora Labs Ltd and its acquiring partners, who apply fraud and sanctions screening. Suspicious purchase patterns are reviewed and may be blocked.
• Staff training: personnel who review complaints and moderation queues are trained to recognise indicators of trafficking and coercion.

If you believe anyone is being trafficked, coerced, or exploited in connection with the Service, or that content on the Service depicts a victim of trafficking, contact legal@onlynudes.ai immediately with as much detail as you can. Reports are handled under our Complaints, Content Removal & Appeals Policy, acknowledged within 24–48 hours, and treated as highest priority. You may report anonymously.

If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, the National Human Trafficking Hotline is available 24/7 at 1-888-373-7888 or by texting 233733. In the United Kingdom, the Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline is 08000 121 700.

• Immediate removal of the content and suspension of the account pending investigation;
• Permanent termination of the account and of any linked accounts we identify;
• Forfeiture of remaining credits and of affiliate earnings connected to the violation, where applicable;
• Preservation of relevant records and evidence;
• Notification to law enforcement, NCMEC where minors are involved, and our payment and banking partners.

Decisions under this policy may be appealed under the Complaints, Content Removal & Appeals Policy, except that content involving minors, trafficking, or non-consensual imagery is never restored.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement, regulators, card networks, and our payment partners in investigating and responding to trafficking and exploitation. We respond to valid legal process, preserve records as required, and share information where permitted or required by law. We review this policy at least annually and update it as legal, regulatory, or card-network requirements change.
