Content Removal & Reporting

Please report:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content involving minors (real or AI-generated)
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) / non-consensual deepfakes of real people
• Content that violates our Terms of Service
• Copyright or other intellectual-property infringement
• Other illegal content

Please include as much of the following as possible:

• Direct link(s) or clear description of the content
• Reason for the report
• Your name and contact information
• For NCII reports under the TAKE IT DOWN Act: confirmation that you are the identifiable individual depicted (or an authorized representative) and any supporting information that helps us locate the content

We also accept reports from users via any in-app reporting mechanism we provide.

• We review reports as promptly as reasonably possible.
• For valid non-consensual intimate imagery notices covered by applicable US law (including the TAKE IT DOWN Act), we aim to remove the content within the legally required timeframe (currently 48 hours from a valid notice where the Act applies).
• Suspected CSAM is handled with highest priority and reported to NCMEC / law enforcement as required.
• We may temporarily restrict access to content while under review.
• We may request additional information if needed to process the request.

We actively monitor prompts and outputs for prohibited content (including content involving minors and certain high-risk categories). We may block generations, remove content, or suspend/terminate accounts on our own initiative when we detect apparent violations.

If you believe content was removed or an account was actioned in error, you may contact legal@onlynudes.ai with additional information. We will review appeals in good faith but are not obligated to reinstate content or accounts.
